Baking gluten-free with real, whole food ingredients, is an art that has taken Victoria decades to master. Baking gluten-free without extracted starches, oils, and refined ingredients is even more challenging. That’s why Victoria developed her convenient “just-add-water” baking mixes – to take the frustration out of adapting to a gluten-free product. Creating a product that was “good enough” for celiacs and gluten-free eaters wasn’t “good enough” however…she strove to find the right combination of ingredients that even the non-gluten-free eaters would enjoy and be unable to detect the difference.
